A bit late to post this, but Isles of Riches is a group project my friends and I did during our last semester (which was 2 years ago by now).
I designed, modeled and animated the player character and also did some smaller blueprint work, foliage and effects.
There was a lot more of background-work regarding designs, style-experiments, animations that were cut out, etc, but I am trying to keep it as compact as possible :)

Our programmer was Hannes Kotthof and we worked together with Hempel & Firmont, who made both the in-game music, as well as providing us with the Trailer Soundtrack!
